HEART HEALING RETREAT

The Heart Healing Women’s Retreat

South Luangwa, Zambia | July 2026

Stop the world. Start your breath.

A Love Letter to the Woman Ready to Return to Herself

You have spent your life being the anchor. You are the one who remembers every detail, carries every burden, and masters the art of being "fine" while your own cup is running dry. We see you, and we built this for you.

Most holidays are just a change of scenery. You take the photos, but you return home with the same heavy heart. The Heart Healing Retreat is different. We aren't just changing your view; we are changing your rhythm.

In July 2026, we are inviting only six women to the raw, unfiltered beauty of South Luangwa—the "Valley of the Leopard." This is your sanctuary. A place where the air is medicine, the fire is for sharing, and the wild is your mirror.

Why the Valley?

The South Luangwa is world-renowned for its wildlife, but we are going there for its soul. Between the sunrise yoga and the sunset game drives, you will find the silence you’ve been looking for. This is where we drop the "strong woman" mask and remember how to play, how to create, and how to breathe.

The Soul-Reset Itinerary

  • Move: Sunrise Yoga, Bush Hiking, and Spring Therapy.

  • Witness: Expert-led Game Drives through the iconic Valley.

  • Create: Traditional Weaving, Bead Making, and Safari Paint & Sip.

  • Connect: African Games, Boma Dinners, and Fire Circles.

Your Sanctuary: Wildlife Camp

Nestled on the banks of the Luangwa River, your home for this retreat is Wildlife Camp. It is rustic, authentic, and perfectly positioned for you to watch the elephants cross the river as you sip your morning tea. No city noise. No to-do lists. Just the heartbeat of the wild.

Are you one of the six?

This is more than a retreat; it is a return to the girl you were before the world told you who to be.

Investment Includes:

  • All luxury bush accommodation at Wildlife Camp.

  • Chef-prepared "Soul Food" meals and Boma dinners.

  • All guided activities (Yoga, Safaris, Weaving, Painting).

  • A community of sisters who truly see you.

Are you coming?
